Left hand view of the Remington International style stock. This stock style originated with the Anschutz 1407 Standard Rifles of the 1970s. As with the Standard Rifle stocks this one is designed to provide better support for the standing position. As a result the typical use of this type stock is for Cross-the-Course shooting.
